I cannot give a perfect score, as the place is a bit dated. The side night stand with it's drawer kept on opening on its own all the time and when I woke up to go to the washroom in the middle of the night, myl lower leg bump to it all the time, as I was not fully awake yet! That part WAS INCREDIBLY ANNOYING! I would have given this place a perfect score, with its great deal at 100$+taxes per night including my Genius discount from booking.com. I must say though, I do agree with another reviewer that mentioned this particular hotel IS NOT MEANT FOR A LONG TERM STAY. There are better hotels out there, with more better amenities and deals (usually include breakfast!), with a more expensive cost per night. The place is SUPER CLEAN! THE PILLOWS WOULD BE BETTER!

Pet friendly, 25$+tax nightly fee. There’s a big garden in the back and also a small park (Park du Grand-Voyer) 5 mins away on foot. The area is residential next to a highway, I’ve walked my dog alone at night and it was ok (bring a pet light). There’s a McDonald’s with drive through less than 5mins away by car, vending machines with drinks and snacks (also a restaurant and I think the reception also sells packed meals - but I didn’t try them). The king room was very roomy, clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The building isn’t new but everything works and the staff are nice. Driving to Quebec City centre was very easy from the hotel, 20ish minutes by car.

I’ve chosen to stay at this hotel again because it’s pet friendly, cheap (considering the area) and the king room has a lot of floor space. Everything works, the place is clean, location is just off the highway (easy to reach during snowstorms, no traffic noise during the night), there’s plenty of outdoor space to walk the dog and it offers a free covered parking lot (not heated). I think I was lucky because I wasn’t sharing any wall with other guests so my stay was very quiet and peaceful. There’s a microwave for common use on almost every floor. The staff was super nice! I’ll stay here again.

The hotel was under major repairs on some floors, and there was a lot of dust in some areas; they have a nice small pool, even if we did not use it. It was on the first floor, and it was indoor. They did offer breakfast but a price, but we did not take it, so I am not sure if it was worth it or not; overall, our stay was comfortable; the room was pretty good, and the bed was comfy. I recommend it if you travel and must stay for one night in the city.

Short Stay at Travelodge by Wyndham Quebec City Hotel & Convention Centre We stayed at Travelodge by Wyndham Quebec City for just one night before heading into the city, and it was a decent stopover. The hotel had nice parking and felt pretty safe. We stayed on the upper level, and while the rooms have been renovated, the elevators and overall property felt old. The corridor carpets were also a bit worn out and had a slight smell.
